I am always client focused and work to closely understand client visions, goals, challenges, and expectations. I earn client respect by being honest, working smart and communicating effectively. I bring 30 + years of working with the business community.

My practice is focused on business sales and commercial/industrial real estate.  I am a licensed real estate agent and member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA).  I am also a member of The Source M&A and recently completed the Certified Mergers and Acquisition certification.  Recent sales has been with manufacturing, transportation and commercial retail businesses and properties.

Working in Sarnia-Lambton and in the Ottawa technology complex, I engaged in many sites’ location projects for automotive, building products, distribution, cleantech, chemical and biochemical projects, call centers, information technology, general office, and commercial retail.

I played a leading role in the establishment of business parks and industrial infrastructure in Ottawa and Sarnia-Lambton. In Sarnia, I was instrumental in the establishment of the award winning, Western Sarnia-Lambton Research and Development Park, development of the biohybrid chemistry complex and the work that led to the formation of the Sarnia-Lambton Industrial Alliance. I initiated the effort to have Sarnia-Lambton recognized as a SMART community which it has achieved from the Intelligent Community Forum for five years.

I hold degrees in economic-geography, urban planning, and an MBA. When not in the office you will likely find me biking, running, golfing, or skiing.
